Yet another item on the 'list for Europe' is another mast for lights (in addition to the one G has already built for the VHF aerial)
The top light is the anchor light and must be lit when moored from dusk 'til dawn; it works on a light sensor
The lower light is the mast head light and is a forward facing white navigation light for night cruising - compulsory even if you don't move in the dark
So G has his new erection - with apologies for my schoolgirl humour - and now needs to supply it with some power
The water level has dropped significantly overnight - this is yesterday's photo of the R. Tove
compared to today's
Daisy was very happy pottering around on the roof in the sun
We've not a lot of wood left now
Although Daisy rattles her teeth at the birds on the feeder, she leaves them alone
Oooerr missus... titter yea not... has he tried Viagra, that should give him all the power he needs... ROFLMAO
ReplyDeleteAnd a mighty fine one it is too (If you don't mind my saying)! :-D
ReplyDeleteSue, nb Indigo Dream
Titter me verily - I'm ashamed of the pair of you!
ReplyDelete(It's irresistible isn't it - I tried not to say it but I just couldn't help myself)
Well dear, I am sure you can supply the power can't you? :-P
ReplyDelete.. and you're just as bad as the other two!

I've been trying to find a polite way of asking, so I don't lower the tone of the blog... But I can't.
ReplyDeleteCan Graham control his new erection? Can he put it up and down easily, or is it up all the time?
I'm thinking about low bridges and the like... Honest!
Alistair
Back of the class, 3rd form.
I don't believe the tone can get any lower really Alistair so I wouldn't worry too much.
ReplyDeleteG says he has complete control over his new erection and that it goes up and down very easily, as required. He took it down today to give it a 2nd coat of varnish!
