A pop through King's Lock to re-unite Lou with her car. She was kind enough to help do a car shuffle today before she left - so that leaves us with transport on the South Oxford Canal to get Sue and Vic to and from Oxford (they need to go down South again) and keep the car handy for my Aunt's 100th birthday party in 3 weeks time. We shall miss Lou; she has been great fun and terrific company.
Somehow I've managed to delete yesterday's pics before I loaded them (duhhh!) so just a few from today.

It's very difficult to get the idea of these bends photographically from another boat but Lou, on the helm of NP has to come round to the port side of this buoy before making a 180 degree turn and heading back off to the left of this photo!
All very green
and camouflaged
Sue did start the day by suggesting that she and I single hand MR and NP up to Thrupp whilst the fellars were shopping and moving cars. I suggested we retired to The Trout and had a pint whilst waiting for the fellars to come back.
No prizes for guessing which suggestion won the day!
This peacock made a guest appearance at the pub but, sadly, chose not to 'shake his tail feathers' - no pea hen about
