I bought a pair of Berghaus walking boots (which were the most comfortable boots I have ever worn) about a year ago last October, but after very little and certainly not hard use, they started to come apart. I took them back to Millets who were not at all interested in my problem, as they were out of Guarantee but under sufference sent them back to Berghaus.
Berhaus have sent me a new pair, they have certainly earned my trust and I would definitely buy more of their products.
